FEEDING THE LAMBS

We are well into spring here in the Upper Moutere, and the sunrises are stunning. Some mornings very cold and crisp with frost.

In New Zealand spring means Lambs and lambs that have no mums need feeding.

LANDSCAPING

Our days starts with a practice in the sun on our verandah and then on with the gum-boots (wellies) to spend the rest of the day planting. We have started with 200 native shrubs and and will need many more to transform farm to park land.

Stillpoint Yoga Retreat Progress Report

Our project is to completely transform a farm into a Yoga Retreat Centre with park-land and Bush, creating path ways through the many beautiful native trees and shrubs with places to sit to listen to bird song or just enjoy the country smells and relax in the sun

We have been successful with our Resource Consents - the council is fully supportive of our project to develop our retreat centre.
We are currently preparing our drawings to submit for building consents, once we get past this stage we will be able to start the new build.

This is the Shearing shed that we are converting into our new yoga studio

The digger arrives and landscaping begins for guest parking

and the car park begins to take shape

Soon we will be starting our walk way through our native bush

Ruby Bay is only 15 minutes away - Our local environs are simply stunning, with the beautiful Able Tasman National Park only 45 minutes drive up the coast.

The Mount Arthur mountain range is our beautiful backdrop.

Progress on our new retreat center is moving along.
